Couples + Relationship Therapy.
—
Conflict is a part of every relationship, but it doesn’t have to define yours. Maybe you and your partner(s) keep having the same arguments, feeling unheard, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You love each other, but something feels stuck. You want to break free from old patterns and build a relationship that feels more connected, fulfilling, and secure.
When I work with relationships, I take the time to really understand your dynamic—how you interact, where you get stuck, and how your past experiences might be shaping the present. The way we love and communicate is often influenced by what we learned growing up, the relationships we’ve been in, and the unspoken stories we carry. I also bring a focus on equity, exploring how each person’s experiences, identities, and histories show up in your relationship. Whether you're navigating intimacy, sex, and desire, or exploring dynamics within monogamous, non-monogamous, or LGBTQ+ relationships, my approach combines sex therapy and relational counseling to deepen connection and communication. My goal is to create a space where you both feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate challenges together.
Relationships take work, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy is a space to untangle what feels hard, understand each other more deeply, and build a relationship that truly feels like home.
