Couples + Relationship Therapy.
—
Relationships don’t have to follow a traditional script to be meaningful, secure, or deeply connected. But when things feel off, like stuck patterns, disconnection, or confusion around intimacy, it can be hard to know how to move forward.
You might find yourselves:
having the same arguments over and over
feeling unheard, disconnected, or misunderstood
navigating jealousy, insecurity, or misalignment
struggling with intimacy and sex
curious about what it could mean to open up your relationship
unsure how to move forward, even though you care about each other
You want things to feel different. You just don’t know how to get there.
When I work with couples and relationships, I focus on understanding your unique dynamic. How you interact, where you get stuck, and what’s underneath those patterns.
The way we communicate, connect, and respond to conflict is often shaped by past experiences, attachment patterns, and the stories we carry about ourselves and each other. Together, we make sense of those patterns so they stop running the relationship.
I also bring a strong focus on equity and identity, exploring how each person’s experiences, needs, and histories show up in your dynamic.
I work with:
monogamous and non-monogamous relationships
LGBTQ+ couples and partners
people navigating intimacy, sex, and desire
My approach integrates relational therapy and sex therapy to support deeper connection, clearer communication, and a more fulfilling relationship.
What we’ll work toward:
Over time, couples therapy can help you:
communicate more openly and effectively
break cycles of conflict and disconnection
rebuild trust and emotional safety
deepen intimacy and physical connection
feel more like a team again
Relationships take work. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
