Hi, I’m Ashley (she/her).

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of Oregon currently offering individual and relational therapy via telehealth. I’m incredibly passionate about the work I do and firmly believe in my clients’ abilities to evolve and heal with authentic and compassionate support. To me, therapy is about being real- equally embracing the hardest moments and the moments most filled with joy.

I am a white, Jewish, lesbian cis woman. I enjoy working with folks who share these identities, as well as people who are different from me. I specialize in LGBTQ+, women's issues, highly sensitive people (HSP)/empaths, neurodivergence and sex therapy. Finding the right therapist can be challenging. If my website resonates with you, let’s schedule a consultation.

You deserve to be celebrated!

My Journey

It has become a passion of mine to support others (maybe even yourself), in untangling the messages we’ve received from outside sources and, instead, create a life that is as meaningful and unique as we all are.

I have always been someone who has valued deep connection. Like many of us, I absorbed messages from the world around me that made it hard to accept certain parts of myself. I spent years trying to erase my sensitive nature, curly hair, attraction to women, and other things that made me, me.

Through my own therapy journey, I began to understand how conforming had created distance, not connection in my life. I learned how to live my values of authenticity and vulnerability by gaining insight into how easily one could lose themself while striving to fit a societal ideal.

Like all of us, I still have work to do and my life is still messy. However, since becoming more attuned to my needs, beliefs, and values, my life is also full of pleasure, joy and that connection I was craving. I have embraced my curly hair, my queer identity, and now celebrate and honor my sensitivity.

Outside of the therapy world, I enjoy hiking, traveling, trying new foods and adventuring with my partner and our border collie, Piper.
