When I work with individuals, I focus on creating a space of safety, curiosity, and deep listening. I believe that the past shapes the present, and I take time to understand how your early experiences continue to show up in your life. I use body-based awareness to help you reconnect with yourself in ways that go beyond words. While I will gently challenge you to step into growth, I trust that you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to guide and support—not to push.
